About the Opportunity
  • Provide advisory services and solutions to a diverse portfolio of businesses, including small to medium-sized entities, family-owned companies, and partnerships.
  • Further develop your technical expertise by working across services such as tax, accounting, and business advisory work for middle-market clients.
  • Play a key role in client engagements, including regular contact and attending presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
  • Develop into a mentor and assist other team members in their professional development.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering impactful results, has excellent communication skills, and can establish effective relationships with clients.

About You
  • 2 to 5 years of post-graduate experience in an advisory role, specializing in Australian tax and accounting services.
  • Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or equivalent from an Australian institution.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, BAS, and income tax returns for various entity types.
  • Knowledge of structures and corporate groups, with the ability to manage compliance with Division 7A and trust distribution.
  • General business advisory skills are desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • An ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.
