Key Beauty Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a leading provider of laser treatments, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty therapy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments. Our therapists must be confident, results-driven, and committed to ensuring our clients have a safe and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and promote all products and services
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of skin and skin care products and technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert IV in Beauty
  • Laser Safety Officer Certificate (Candela laser experience an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
