We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist (casual, part-time, and full-time roles available) to join our ever-evolving spa team.

About the role
  • Perform all massage, body, and spa facial treatments as required.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all spa treatments and daily operations to ensure our high level of service is maintained.
  • Promote products to guests to drive revenue.
  • Assist in meeting sales targets for treatments and retail sales.
  • Work alongside the extended Bannisters team and spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About you

Combining your qualifications, skills, and experience, you are passionate about spa and wellness.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty Therapy.
  • Must be available to work weekends where needed.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt and personalize treatments to guests' concerns.
  • Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure.
  • Must show initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage.
