Key Responsibilities

The Technology Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our helpdesk service, working closely with the Technology team to deliver exceptional service to users across Melbourne, Sydney, and remote locations.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused individual eager to develop their technical skills and experience.

Key Duties Include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for IT user-related incidents and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshooting software problems individually and collaboratively with the IT team as needed.
  • Identifying common caller profiles and issues to escalate, enabling further analysis and resolution.
  • Setting up, configuring, and relocating IT equipment as required.
  • Registering and issuing loaned IT equipment to users.
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues individually and with the IT team, logging service calls with external providers.
  • Coordinating teleconferencing and video conferencing meetings, including liaison with presenters and issue troubleshooting.
  • Recording helpdesk incidents and requests in our database.
  • Maintaining computer asset tracking and updating records.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for technology, with one to two years of relevant experience ideally gained in a professional services or corporate environment. You will possess a solid technical skill set, dedication to excellence, and a willingness to contribute to our high-performing team.

You will be a results-driven individual with sophisticated communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.
