The Role
  • We are looking for a skilled Health Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our community-based relationships team, you will be responsible for delivering health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits for easy decision-making.
  • You will work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote our brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
  • You will take a 'customer first' approach to assist existing members in their day-to-day transactions, ensure they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
