Job Title: Food & Beverage All Rounder

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage All Rounder to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive an EPIC experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests receive an EPIC experience
* Work across our F&B outlets and events, including Blvd Café and Bar, amenities, in-room dining, Pool bar and conferencing and events
* Maintain a clean and comfortable COVID environment
* Cashiering and providing guests with locals and ALL Live Limitless discounts
* Create memorable dining experiences by connecting with our guests and locals in BLVD Bar & Café
* Ensure our loyalty guests are recognised and receiving their benefits
* Deliver Room Service, amenities and Pool bar orders as required

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in café, bar, banquets and a la carte service
* Experience in Micros or a similar POS cashiering system and processing credit cards
* A willingness to learn and strong interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion to connect with our guests making them feel special
* Sound wine and cocktail knowledge with a creative flare to accommodate requests
* Enjoy working within a team environment, helping each other and be confident in your ability to work autonomously in your own section or in the bar
* Hold a current QLD RSA certificate
* Be reliable and flexible in your availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster including late nights, early mornings, week-ends and public holidays
* Must hold current work rights for Australia
