Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance on plant and equipment, diagnosing and repairing faults, and working closely with operations personnel to ensure the effective operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve operational objectives
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality

Requirements:

  • Electrical Trade Certificate/License (NSW)
  • Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • SCADA and PLC Knowledge essential (Allan Bradley and Siemens desirable)
  • Processed-based risk assessment skills
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written
