Job Summary

The Business Analyst - Tax Expert role involves working with clients to identify and mitigate tax risks associated with mergers, acquisitions, restructures and divestments.

You will be responsible for conducting tax research, providing advice on tax planning opportunities and assisting clients in managing tax risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in tax due diligence to identify duty and land tax exposures.
  • Advising on structuring to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conducting tax research to stay up-to-date with developments in state taxes.

  • Recent M&A/transactional experience.
