Empower First Nations Families

We are seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our team in delivering culturally safe, inclusive and empowering services to First Nations communities.

This role will involve providing case management and tailored support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families.

About You:

  • You are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
  • You have a degree qualification in social work, psychology, social science or a related discipline.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work sensitively with diverse communities.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence – P2 minimum
  • Current National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire.
