Cruise Whitsundays is a leading experiential tourism business with an extensive fleet of vessels. We operate tours to the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the islands of the Whitsundays.

We offer a unique glamping experience at the Reefworld pontoon and underwater accommodation, Reefsuites. Our crew provides exceptional customer service and creates lasting memories for our guests.

You will support the vessel operations while providing leadership and guidance to the deck crew. Your goal will be to ensure outstanding performance and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administration and safety duties
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Support watch-keeping, vessel handling, and navigation
  • Conduct regular onboard safety drills and crew training
  • Manage deck crew performance and training compliance
