Senior Property Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our internal legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property transactions, with experience in drafting, reviewing and assisting with contracts of sale for businesses and land. Additionally, they should be familiar with due diligence, option agreements, leases, licence agreements and franchising agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale for businesses and land
- Attending to large property transactions, including due diligence and option agreements
- Preparing and reviewing leases, licence agreements and franchising agreements
- Reviewing and advising on fuel supply agreements
- Satisfying disclosure obligations with respect to franchising and retail leases
- Assisting with procedural processes for rental determinations
- Liaising with our external legal panel
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience across a range of property transactions, preferably with some experience in franchising
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
