As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll elevate our market presence and profitability through innovative strategies and precise execution.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor spending and optimize return on investment for maximum brand growth.

With extensive media and digital teams embedded throughout the organisation, we measure both our business and our societal impact. Our global teams lead on our overarching brand strategy, brand guardianship and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R&D.

The experience we're looking for

We're seeking a marketer with:

  • Agile digital marketing acumen and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach, comfortable with autonomy and collaboration.
  • Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health and a proven track record in Brand Management.
