High-End Landscaping Professionals Sought

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as landscape maintenance labourers and team leaders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, maintain high-end properties, and grow your career with a company that values excellence.

As a Team Leader, you will lead and manage maintenance tasks, guide and inspire your team, operate and maintain landscaping machinery, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and oversee ACDC spraying for weed and pest management.

As a Labourer, you will assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance, operate and maintain small machinery and tools, support Team Leaders in delivering exceptional results, and learn and grow your skills with training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage maintenance tasks, guide and inspire the team.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping machinery, communicate with clients and stakeholders, oversee ACDC spraying.
  • Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance, operate and maintain small machinery and tools, support Team Leaders in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance, strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • ACDC spraying license, machinery maintenance experience, valid Driver's License, White Card, and a passion for excellence.
