About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our senior executives and colleagues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in communication, customer service, and time management while working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Services: Provide reception services to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling invitations with precision and professionalism.
  • Financial Tasks: Oversee financial tasks such as credit card reconciliations, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Meeting Room Management: Maintain and organize meeting rooms, set up AV systems, and arrange catering.
