HR Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned HR professional, you have the unique opportunity to lead our Sydney office's HR team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional service and support
  • Evaluate organisational progress and implement strategic changes
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategy and employee relations
  • Generate insights and reports to inform business decisions
  • Improve people and culture practices and processes

You will be an experienced HR generalist with a background in leading operational HR teams. You will have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proactive approach. Advanced knowledge of Australian regulatory environment and experience negotiating and consulting on employment agreements is highly desirable.

  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
