Job Title: Retail Store Manager

This is a 12 Month FTC role where you will be managing a portfolio of VIC stores as a roaming store manager.


Responsibilities:
  • Act as a conduit between the retail education manager and store teams, driving success through observation, collaboration, and team leadership.
  • Work full-time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve sales and growth across the VIC portfolio.

Requirements:
  • A current state driver's license (mobility required).
  • Flexibility to adapt with various teams.
  • A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to driving success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
