Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Program Management Office (PMO) services. You will work directly with clients to establish and operate PMOs for projects, programs, or portfolios. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and operating PMOs for projects, programs, or portfolios.
  • Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing robust processes, managing governance and controls.
  • Refining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.
  • Liaising with sponsors, steering committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organization.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring PMO team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A proven track record of setting up and running project, program, and portfolio PMOs.
  • At least 7 years of experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO.
  • A strong background in successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects and programs.
  • Proven abilities in establishing and managing governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects, programs, and portfolios.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
  • Desirable: Experience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO.
