Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in Parramatta. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and household chores.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our clients receive nutritious food.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide personal care services, including getting clients up, showered, and dressed for the day, as well as managing medication and assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations.
