We are seeking a skilled Gaming Attendant to join our team at Steeples in Mornington. As the face of our gaming floor, you will ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience and collaborate with the team to uphold compliance requirements.

Located at Steeples, a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions and resolving gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the gaming room to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
