We are seeking a skilled Gaming Attendant to represent Pegasus Leisure Group at Steeples in Mornington. As the face of our gaming floor, you will ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to maintain compliance requirements.

Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse.

Our modern facilities include a family-friendly bistro, a designated kids play area, and an alfresco deck, offering a variety of dining experiences for all to enjoy. Our extensive menu features daily specials, catering to both children and adults alike.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions, and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining the gaming room to the highest standard.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • A current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
