We are seeking a skilled and diligent individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Hospitality Team Member.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, maintain equipment, organization, and hygiene standards, and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage venues.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour would be highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods would also be beneficial.
- The ability to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, is essential.
- Maintain the cleanliness of back of house areas, including kitchens, bars, and restaurants.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain equipment, organization, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage venues.
- Safely handle and store chemicals and equipment in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive professional attitude.
