@ SportspowerZG aims to deliver premium sport, surf, and street wear products to local communities and clubs. With 16 locations across Adelaide and over 220 staff, we strive for customer and employee satisfaction in everything we do.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our Sportspower Elizabeth Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports/fashion and is eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members
- Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
- Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs
- Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
- Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
- Available to work late nights
- Available to work Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays
