A leading construction company has a vacancy for an experienced site manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality building and infrastructure projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate trades on site, working closely with the project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage relationships between various trades and ensure subcontractors work safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong reputation at all times by adhering to the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the overall performance of the project team.
- Participate in regular WHS inspections and incident investigations to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
- Develop and implement environmental controls suitable for the project requirements.
- Review and understand subcontractor and supplier scope of works.
- Organize defect rectification works in a timely manner.
