About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate to join our team at BAE Systems Australia. As a Payroll Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a payroll processing service to the business that is timely and accurate
  • Provide general and complex payroll advice support to employees
  • Participate and support the processing of cyclical payroll activities
  • Provide compliance with statutory requirements
  • Governance and Privacy principles to be applied
  • Act as a point of contact in relation to Payroll & time keeping systems, ensuring that our payroll data is structured appropriately and that accuracy is maintained through regular reviews
About You
  • Approximately 2 years experience working in Payroll
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Experience managing pay enquires
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience using Oracle
