Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to create personalized care plans that align with our clients' needs and goals.
  • Marketing and Partnerships: Work with external allied health providers, medical professionals, and specialist care providers to promote our services and drive growth.
  • Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice care and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Business Development: Utilize your business acumen to drive the growth and utilization of our Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Programme.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure our services meet all relevant legislative and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and care.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: AHPRA registration in an allied health discipline or RN registration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in aged care, with knowledge of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Care Programme.
  • Skills: Frontline management skills, current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a current ACT drivers' license.
