Urban Planning Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Urban Planner to lead strategic planning workstreams across multidisciplinary projects. This role will integrate sustainability and policy insight, requiring expertise in urban, regional, and socio-economic planning.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning inputs across complex projects, incorporating stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Represent the organization in internal and external meetings, working directly with clients to understand and respond to urban challenges.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and tender responses.
  • Guide and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage planning deliverables in line with our Quality Management System, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience and a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant planning frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
  • Proven experience in urban planning, city economics, and transport planning within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
