Job Description

Hannans North mine is one of the first registered mines in Kalgoorlie, showcasing its unique gold mining history and the Golden Mile.

The tourist mine operations are supported by Northern Star Resources as part of the KCGM operation.

This Customer Service role plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operation of the tourist mine, working as part of a small team to offer an engaging tourism experience to locals and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and tour groups.
  • Maintaining the safety and presentation of the Hannans North Tourist mine facility on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with administration tasks to support the Hannan's North Tourist Mine Coordinator and point of sale processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience using point of sale and procurement systems is preferred.
