Senior Legal Secretary/ Legal Executive Assistant/EA

A high-profile opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Legal Secretary/ Legal Executive Assistant/EA to join a leading law firm in Sydney. As the trusted right-hand to the Managing Partner and CEO, you will provide exceptional administrative and managerial support across all aspects of the business.

About the Role

This is a stimulating and challenging role that requires a high level of expertise, discretion, and professionalism. You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Providing administrative support to the Partner/CEO, including diary management, email, travel, and meetings coordination;
  • General office administration, including maintaining confidential files and managing events;
  • Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations to support business projects;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the firm's reputation and interests are protected.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior legal secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
