Infrastructure Services Specialist

This position involves working with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision and maintain critical infrastructure services and components.
  • Monitor and report on infrastructure load, performance, and security events.
  • Identify operational issues and contribute to their resolution.
  • Develop and implement backup and restore procedures using infrastructure tools and scripts.
Technical Skills:
  • F5, Palo Alto, Cisco Firewalls
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Infoblox/BlueCat DNS/DHCP Services
  • Cisco Email Security Solution
  • Cisco Secure Client or VPN solution
Programming and Scripting:
  • Create and refine programs/scripts that meet organizational standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes for software development.
