Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our construction team in Queensland. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be managing the document management system and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received.
  • Control all project documentation using industry-standard systems and assist with QA coordination and document control.
  • E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management.
  • Provide general project administration support as required.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the building and construction industry or a similar field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including preparation of correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Aconex is highly desirable.
