As a Customer Solutions Team Lead at TPG Telecom, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. You will partner with store managers to lead daily operations, from merchandising and product launches to helping team members meet and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
- Partner with store managers to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales and customer engagement
- Coach and develop team members to improve their sales and customer service skills
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and improve customer satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
