Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service, sales, and operational results.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring stock availability and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Craft a shopping experience that is safe, engaging, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders and departments to achieve overall store success and contribute to the development of a positive store culture.

About You


We're looking for an experienced retail leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing teams. What We Offer


As a Retail Department Leader at Officeworks, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including:
