Job Summary:
This role involves delivering high-quality code as an individual contributor, collaborating with a strong development team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with programming languages used in the industry, ensuring your technical knowledge is current and relevant.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Java, PHP, or C#.
- Utilize experience with Mobile Apps (Flutter) and AI to drive innovation.
- Maintain knowledge of product architecture, coding patterns, and styles.
- Mentor junior staff in setup, design, architecture, and code styles.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers to share architecture, patterns, and knowledge.
- Ensure systems remain operational and secure.
- Support designing, implementing, and releasing new features as required.
- Discuss, design, implement, and release bug fixes with the Development Team.
- Provide input to improve business processes as part of the team.
- Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the product, including architecture and design style guides.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate rationale.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Initiative to explore new technology and trends.
