Dual-Role Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to take on a leadership role within our dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role- Enjoy a rewarding dual-role as an Early Childhood Teacher and Director, working 5 days per fortnight in each capacity.
- Lead a mixed-age early childhood group with developmentally appropriate programs.
- Facilitate quality learning experiences guided by the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Implement and oversee the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Manage curriculum, staff engagement, and policy development.
- Partner with families to support each child's learning and wellbeing.
- Support administrative tasks such as rostering and enrolment coordination.
- Collaborate with staff and the School Principal.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Hold a Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification and Queensland Teacher Registration.
- Possess leadership or director experience in early learning services.
- Have a strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
- Experience with Quality Improvement Plans and early learning policies.
- A heart for Christian education and integrating faith into daily practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- A committed Christian aligned with our organization's values.
