Job Description:

This role requires a seasoned leader to manage the daily operations of an early childhood education centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inspiring teams, engaging families, and championing children's learning and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will lead a team of educators, foster strong relationships with families and the local community, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. They will also be responsible for implementing and evaluating quality programs that support the development of all children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, a deep commitment to quality, and a passion for creating positive outcomes for children. They will also hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education) and have a current Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
