About the Role:

As a Customer Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support services within a complex process framework. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end customer support services addressing inquiries from the public, customers, and staff, and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Performing transactional services related to customer accounts including permanent and temporary water transfers, workflows, meter reads, account administration, and standard and custom water supply contracts.
  • Issuing outbound communications to inform customers about planned and unplanned shutdowns to water infrastructure.

We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in customer support preferably in a relevant utility organisation or real estate. You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail reviewing data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • High-level computer literacy and ability to use online information systems.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment demonstrating organisational skills and adaptability.
