Home Lending Executive

As a senior lending professional, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and goals.

This is a rewarding and impactful position that requires a passion for building strong relationships within your community and network. You will work to drive growth and retention of a consumer lending portfolio, proactively acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones by offering tailored solutions that add value to their lives.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting thorough assessments to determine client objectives, increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio, proactively seeking out new business opportunities, supporting the branch team to enhance overall performance, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.

We are looking for individuals with experience in home lending or credit products, exceptional communication skills, superior stakeholder management expertise, charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine desire to understand client financial needs.
