As a technical solutions design expert, you will play a crucial role in proposing innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities include synthesizing multiple requirements, articulating proposed solutions, and ensuring solution alignment with our group strategy.

Additionally, you will lead and motivate multi-functional teams, recruit and develop new talent, and actively encourage the growth of team members.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years' experience in business analysis, proficient skills in financial analysis, and in-depth knowledge of technical configuration, customization, and integration concepts.

With expertise in Agile, SAP FI, and SAP PS, you will be responsible for anticipating client needs, closing new deals, and developing long-term partnerships.

Other key responsibilities include setting and managing realistic expectations, developing new processes, accurately forecasting costs, and proactively implementing efficiency improvements.
