About This Role

This is a technical solution design position that involves proposing solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for synthesizing multiple requirements, ideas, and solutions to manage complexity and deliver synergies.

They will articulate the proposed solution and benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the client's interests or concerns.

Key responsibilities include setting realistic expectations with clients, developing new processes and methods, forecasting and managing costs and profitability, and implementing efficiency improvements.

The successful candidate will understand client needs and balance them with Capgemini's goals to lead to win-win situations.
