Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Assistant to join our team. As a Home Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality in-home support services to customers, empowering them to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities.

    • Provide domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for customers.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also possess good verbal and written English skills, flexibility and availability to work Monday to Friday, a current Australian Driver's License, and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
