About the Opportunity

Department Leadership Role

This leadership position involves overseeing department operations, fostering a connected and high-performing team, and collaborating with store leadership to achieve great outcomes.

  • Develop end-to-end leadership skills through our Store Leadership Pathway.
  • Maintain a consistent inventory process to deliver availability across all hours of the day for customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain a good relationship with vendors. You'll also be responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient in-store environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead your department to maintain end-to-end operations and provide an excellent shopping experience for customers.
  • Foster a connected, flexible, and high-performing team; collaborate with store leadership and team members.
  • Develop leadership skills and department capabilities through the Store Leadership Pathway.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient in-store environment.

  • A strong desire to lead department operations and provide day-to-day leadership support.
