About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Midwives to join our team in the South West Region of Western Australia. As a Clinical Midwife with WA Country Health Service, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and community health centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuity of midwifery care to women and their families throughout the continuum of pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period.
  • Work within a group practice model, providing support and backup for women and their families in their homes and in hospitals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care to women and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with women and their families, providing culturally sensitive and individualized care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
