Dispute Resolution Leader

As a Dispute Resolution Leader, you will oversee the resolution of customer complaints across our Pacific operations.

The Global Business Operations & IT team identifies and drives high-quality innovation and cost efficiency in all processes. We operate as one globally consistent business delivering end-to-end services locally that contribute to our customers' and AIG's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing the customer complaints program in adherence to global and local policies
  • Establishing effective complaint resolution processes
  • Producing timely management information for senior leadership and regulators
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining current knowledge of regulatory requirements

This role is ideal for a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills, who can create and implement solutions to complex issues. You should have experience in developing, implementing and monitoring complaint handling frameworks.
