Marketing Professional Lead

We are seeking a skilled brand manager to lead our brand in Australia, driving business growth and achieving annual sales & marketing objectives.
- The role involves partnering with the Global Brand House and local teams to develop and deliver programs on time, ensuring effective communication of brand standards and plans to key stakeholders.
- Responsibilities include planning and managing the annual brand plan, liaising with agencies, and supporting Senior Brand Managers to deliver a 3-year Growth plan.
- Contribute to NPD strategies for future growth, developing commercially viable RTD propositions, and executing through-the-line brand campaigns in partnership with the Global Brand House.
- Implement media, earned, and experiential activity for the brand, building relationships with commercialization teams, and communicating brand plans to key stakeholders.
- Key qualifications include 3+ years of consumer marketing experience, tertiary qualifications (Commerce or Business with Marketing Major), liquor industry experience valued but not essential, knowledge of mass communication processes & sponsorship platforms, ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively, and experience bringing new products to market.
