**Lead Our Team as General Manager at Sporting Globe Bar**

Sporting Globe Bar and Grill, Australia's beloved sports bar & grill chain, invites you to step into the spotlight as our General Manager. With locations nationwide, we've become the go-to destination for sports enthusiasts, offering a unique dining experience and live sports entertainment.

**Your Role**:
**Leadership and Management**: Provide strong leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Operations Management**: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of departments including kitchen, functions, food and beverage, and maintenance.

**Customer Relations**: Monitor guest feedback to enhance our reputation and build loyalty, while nurturing relationships with our valued customers.

**Financial Management**: Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in invoices, payroll, and purchasing.

**Staff Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth to enhance team skills and knowledge.

**The MVP We're Seeking**:
3 years of Hospitality Management experience

Exposure to Bar and Restaurant environments

Experience in financial management

Ability to lead, train, and develop a team

Essential: RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced

Preferred: First aid certificate, Approved Managers Certificate
