Lead Mixology Specialist

As a key figure in our bar operations, you will lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a Full-Time role with a 7 day rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and serve innovative cocktails for hotel and external patrons
- Effectively manage a busy bar team
- Maintain high standards of operations, procedures and service
- Design comprehensive standards and procedures for beverage operations and communicate effectively across the team
- Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are kept clean and well maintained at all times
- Recruit, train and develop staff as part of a dynamic team
- Establish customized service level standards
- Nurture relationships with suppliers
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-term planning through new programs and strategies
- Enhance policies and procedures that positively impact the P&L and improve overall bar operation
We seek an experienced mixologist with advanced knowledge of mixology and serving drinks, having at least 3 years experience in a high-end cocktail environment. Proficiency in P.O.S systems or similar is required. A passion for learning, combined with a positive attitude and strong leadership qualities, will be essential for success in this role.
