Experience Mixology and Culinary Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a signature dining experience at an iconic venue in Sydney. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will have the opportunity to create a range of classic and inspired cocktails, make a variety of espresso coffees with latte art skills, and work closely with our culinary advisor.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a busy high-end restaurant or bar, with a strong background in cocktail making and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills, and possess valid NSW RSA and Australian Working Rights.

Requirements
