We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide innovative, evidence-based interventions to support individuals with alcohol and drug use issues.
  • To take a trauma-informed approach and deliver respectful, tailored care to each individual's needs.
  • To employ an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a passionate group of professionals, including Aboriginal Health Workers, Counsellors, a Social Worker, and an Aboriginal Program Coordinator. As part of this team, you will receive support from an Aboriginal Program Coordinator and have access to a wide range of cultural supports.

You will work across acute and primary care settings, supporting client engagement, care planning, care coordination, and harm reduction treatment. This position is based in Cabramatta and may involve travel across the South West Sydney region, working on the lands of the Dharawal, Darug, and Gundungurra peoples.
