Catholic Healthcare seeks a skilled Cook to join our team at Blakeney Lodge in Tumut, NSW.
About the Role:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for our residents, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Manage kitchen resources, including equipment and food supplies, within approved budget parameters.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to Aged Care quality standards.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
