Highly Skilled Senior Occupational Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, utilizing their expertise to provide high-level occupational therapy services to adults with complex psychotic disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessment, planning, and intervention for adults with complex psychotic disorders and associated cognitive and behavioral problems.
- Apply independent professional judgment in clinical decision-making and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Lead, support, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, service evaluation, and ongoing clinical learning.
- Hold qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and AHPRA registration.
- Have extensive postgraduate experience in Occupational Therapy with competency in functional living skills, risk assessments, and interventions for adults with complex psychotic disorders.
- Possess excellent negotiation, decision-making, communication, and advocacy skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Be able to provide high-level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery and guide others in service excellence.
- Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and exercise independent professional judgment in complex situations.
- Have the ability to lead quality improvement, service evaluation, and research activities; commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
- Be proficient in high-level computer literacy and able to use health information systems effectively.
- Hold a current NSW driver's license.
